My parents, Lil, and I have established a tradition of ending the summer at a tiny cottage on a quiet lake in Northern Michigan.  It is days of quiet, nature, beach time, and togetherness before we return to the melee of the school and work schedules.

The lake affords the most glorious sunrises over the mirror still water.  I love sneaking out of the tiny house, trudging across the dew-laden grass, and soaking in what each new morning offers.
