rowing practice || mini framed original gouache painting

A friend of mine had the opportunity to study at a prestigious English university and I got to bask in the stream of photos she sent back, living out my English daydreams through her.

This piece is inspired by one such photo of a day in early autumn along a river.  She shared similar views with teams rowing along the same river and it was just such an idyllic thought!
