nativity art print

Funny story about this nativity.  I try painting a nativity every Christmas season and usually disappoint myself.  I can't get the paint to match what I feel.  This painting was no exception.

Feeling no great joy about it, I framed it up and put it out for sale at an annual show I do.  My father spotted it first and asked me why I was selling the original because he was so in love with it.  Then one person came by, noticed it and asked if there were  prints.  Then another.  Then another. And another.

We promptly took down the original so I could make prints to share with all of you.

I've learned my lesson.  Share the art, even the art you think is bad, because to someone else it means something.
