lake michigan dunes|| mini framed original gouache painting

My brother and his family moved to an area with easy access to Lake Michigan and its glorious sand dunes.  Without easy access to an ocean, the vast wildness of the inland sea gives us all the comfort of the ocean, with none of the salt spray.  We gathered there as a family on an excruciatingly hot day last summer, and basked in the refuge of the endless water.
