changing currents || mini framed original gouache painting

A friend of mine had the opportunity to study at a prestigious English university and I got to bask in the stream of photos she sent back, living out my English daydreams through her.

This piece is inspired by several views she shared of the changing autumn leaves along riverbanks.  The fall season is my favorite, and views like this only feed my love affair.
