If you've been here longer than a minute, it should be no surprise to you that I am a diehard Anne of Green Gables fan. Fan isn't even the right word. Anne is my spirit animal through and through.
Something I adore about the Anne books is the wisdom to them. Beautiful turns of phrase that are so insightful. Often when I'm feeling lost or alone I find myself seeking solace in an Anne book and am never disappointed.
One of the more memorable quotes comes from the first book, where Anne waxes poetic on the change of season. "I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers," she says, and I quite agree with her!
I've used this quotation in this print in a monochrome blue and white palette. Because as much as I love Anne, I'm convinced that she would also be a blue and white lover. The timeless pattern helps usher in fall but is neutral enough to remain in place year round.
