the wallpaper room || original watercolor painting

 In my mind, as we peek through the doorway of this painting, we're peering into a glamorous, sunlit hallway.  The idea of being transported through a door to a hallway, which also takes you somewhere else is fascinating to me.  But before we go through either the door or the hall, there's this brief moment of rest in the form of a quaint bench.
